ENSPRYNG clinical trial results
Efficacy demonstrated in 2 distinct clinical trials with ENSPRYNG (satralizumab-mwge) as monotherapy or with certain immunosuppressant therapies (ISTs)
A randomized, double-blind, multicenter, placebo-controlled trial1
SAkuraStar evaluated ENSPRYNG monotherapy in 64 AQP4-IgG(+) adults randomized to ENSPRYNG (n=41) or placebo (n=23). All patients had experienced ≥1 attack in the last year and were excluded if they had taken immunosuppressive therapy (IST) within an interval specified for each such therapy. The primary endpoint was the time to the first protocol-defined relapse adjudicated by a blinded Clinical Endpoint Committee.1
Primary endpoint: time to first protocol-defined relapse
HR=hazard ratio.
A randomized, double-blind, multicenter, placebo-controlled trial1
SAkuraSky studied ENSPRYNG in 52 AQP4-antibody(+) adults taking certain immunosuppressant therapies randomized to ENSPRYNG (n=26) or placebo (n=26). All patients had experienced ≥1 attack in the last year. The primary endpoint was the time to the first protocol-defined relapse adjudicated by a blinded Clinical Endpoint Committee.1
Primary endpoint: time to first protocol-defined relapse
HR=hazard ratio.
